” Jujutsu Kaisen ” began its broadcast during this fall season as one of the most promising animes of 2020, and the truth is that to date it has managed to convince with its staging. MAPPA has managed to do a magnificent job with the adaptation of Gege Akutami’s work and therefore many feared a sudden stop … which in the end will not come as expected.
Jujutsu Kaisen will keep broadcasting during the winter season
Months ago it was reported that “Jujutsu Kaisen” would divide its first anime season into two parts, so it was expected that potentially winter would be devoid of new anime episodes. Luckily, today it has been confirmed that this will not be the case:
As we can see, the insider Spytrue has advanced that the second part of “Jujutsu Kaisen” will begin as early as January 2021 , along with the start of the winter anime season. Consequently, the only notable change that we will see in the broadcast of the first season will be that we will have both a new opening and ending , thus marking a turning point in the development until then of the story.
Thus, except for surprise, Crunchyroll will continue to provide us with the new episodes of “Jujutsu Kaisen” also during January 2021 and the following months. Until today, a total of 10 episodes of the anime have been published, and in total it will have 24. Therefore, it will be with the arrival of the spring season that we will inevitably have to say goodbye in the long term to “Jujutsu Kaisen” – at least until an obvious second season is announced.
